Description -Follow up executing Purchase Requisitions (PR) . -Source, Negotiate and prepare quotations comparison. -Issuing official Purchase Order (PO). -Follow up with Requester; Material substitution or alternative decision. -Issuing Purchase Orders and payment Requisition. -Insure approvals and signatures with Document Controller. -Follow up purchase orders status and updating the same in the System. -Follow up the execution of PO payment in order to assure have it (Order) executed at the supplier ends. -Follow up purchase orders status with Supplier. -Follow up the status of on road shipments with Clearing and Logistic Controller. -Follow up shipments clearing process until its being received. -Secure Documents Required for Clearing + Finance + QC -Follow up claims until it gets solved. -Handling claims with supplier until it gets solved.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Civil, mechanical engineering. Good understanding PEB industry.
