Description     — Perform all sales activity within an assigned geographic territory. — Annually submit and implement a detailed sales plan identifying: sales objectives, sales opportunities, major customers, and regional shows to be attended during the following fiscal year. — Participate in sales activities including: customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations and customer seminars. — Maintain customer activity files. — Assist in maintaining a mail list for customers in the assigned territory. — Collect and report information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory. — Determine the potential markets and competitive landscape based upon information obtained from the outbound phone calls and customer visits. — Identify and monitor customer trends in medical equipment industrial markets based upon information. — Relay pertinent product information from customers to the company so the company can continue to improve its products and services.
Qualifications    Bachelors Degree Required • Minimum of 3to 5 years technical service or account management experience • Direct sales experience in medical equipments. • Strong oral and written communication & negotiation skills • Results driven and possesses a strong sense of personal accountability • Ability to travel 20% to 40% of the time • Ability to think and plan strategically • Demonstrated success in each of the described competencies in a business-to-business capital goods selling environment. • Skilled in application and market-specific questioning techniques that uncover new sales opportunities. • Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling. • Ability to answer technical questions relating to the product. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Good communication (verbal and written). Must be able to communicate effectively with both management and associates.
