Description:
-This position acts as the connecting ring between the sales department and all other department as well as giving the needed after sales support in most of the regular after sales tasks.
Responsibilities:
1-Coordinating between the sales department and all other departments.
2-Creating hanging files and doing regular revision on the existing ones.
3-Filling in all contracts of the closed deals, and making sure it’s revised by the responsible sales executive, attend the contract signature meeting and follow up with the accounting department.
4-Following up with the sales executive before the contract’s date.
5-Making sure that all final signed drawings are always given to the engineering department.
6-Updating the delivery dates every time any unit is sold.
7-Receiving all client’s amendments & modifications, doing the suitable follow up on each case with the related department and giving final feedback to the sales executive or the client directly.
8-Supporting the sales and marketing departments in case of special events in calling the guest lists for confirmation.
9-Updating the clients and buyers data bases regularly.
10-Collecting the unpaid cheques report each month from the accounting department and hanging it to the sales department.
11-Making proper reports with all the above tasks and doing the analysis for them.
