Description      Proofing and editing text.  Compiling proof reading reports.  Correcting grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and factual inaccuracies.  Removing typos and editing reports, white papers, articles and other content materials.  Organizing text into proper paragraphs and sentence formations.  Confer with translators to resolve problems or questions related to all of the above.  Support Quality team meets agreed targets and report trends and emerging issues to Total Quality Manager.
Qualifications    - Attention to details and a critical eye to note errors and correct them. - Knowledge of Proof reading marks. - Capable of translating from English to Arabic & Vice-versa - Good command of SDL Trados and/or other CAT Tools - Experience in IT, Finance translation is an asset - Exposure to translation in various fields with different terminologies is a plus. - To work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines. - Fluency in English language; spoken and written. - Bachelor of Art degree in English or any related field. - Min. 4 years of experience in technical translation.
