Description Implement, maintain and monitor all necessary hardware and networks to provide services to the company. Responsible for the availability of IT systems and procedures to optimize the availability of services. Plan, organize and manage IT staff, overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure. Must be able to implement preventive and corrective solutions using the right tools. Responsible for establishing security strategies related to all IT infrastructures. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinates. Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work. Directs the receipt of trouble calls and the diagnosis of equipment problems. Directs the local and remote testing of network equipment, including running computer programs to diagnose faults. Directs the performance of all functions required to prepare and install microcomputers and related equipment including connections to the data communications network. Directs the preparation and installation of network software. Directs the diagnosis and resolution of network software problems. Supervises the ordering and inventory of spare parts including the stripping surplus equipment for usable parts. Performs related work appropriate to the classification as assigned. Design and execute all IT policies and procedures to design all IT infrastructures and maintain compliance to all standards and policies and administer efficient working of all IT equipments and hardware and manage all communication with operation management team. Coordinate with various departments to design all management reports for all IT projects and administer everyday activities for all IT systems and manage all technical projects and ensure compliance to all deadlines.
Qualifications Associate’s degree in Computer Technology or related field. From 5 to 7 years prior experience at least 3 in a supervisory position. The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills required. A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality. (SAP experience is a must).
