Manage the implementation and interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization across the company. Ensure that all employees data and files are updated and comply with documents needed as set by labor law.
Qualifications Strong ability to deal with complex employee and management issues. • Target oriented thinking and acting. Strong, assertive and self-motivated personality which is able to motivate a team. Organized
