Saudi Bin Ladin Group - (SBG -ABCD) Company is hiring:
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST & HR GENERALIST

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST :
§ Develop and maintain working relationships with hiring managers/executives in the unit to understand current and future recruitment needs, job vacancy specifications, requirements,
and to make recommendations on optimum sourcing channels. Educate, consult and transfer knowledge of staffing processes to hiring managers.
§ Screen resumes and/or conduct telephone interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum requirements of job.
§ Using behavioral interviewing techniques facilitate individual and/or panel interviews; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the interviewing process.
§ Gather and provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager regarding strengths and development needs of the candidate to determine and select the most qualified applicant.
§ Manage the job offer process, including reference check.
§ Track and report on critical recruitment data monthly.
§ Initiate and work on special projects such as Career Fairs, Recruitment Campaigns for skilled workers and engineers with other members of the Resourcing team.
§ Interpret, promote and provide advice on compliance with SBG's hiring policies, procedures and standards, as well as external regulatory and legislative requirements.
§ Actively participate in recruitment initiatives such as outreach recruitment career fairs and diversity/employment equity programs.
HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST :
§ Managing all of HR Function ( Recruitment, Training, payroll, Colleagues Relation).
§ Set up HR Department and HR activities.
§ Managing all of Recruitment procedure like (Structures, Recruitment plan, screening, interviews, job offers, hiring procedure and make Scorecard for recruitment every month (Monthly Report).
§ Receiving applicants CVs & proceed the screening and filing Process.
§ Interviewing & testing applicants with skills measuring according to the interview assessment in order to shorten a list for the concerned manager.
§ Offering & informing terms of recruitment to the new employees. Administrate recruitment process.(collecting references, Medical checkup, official documents, filing, archiving ,etc…).
§ Determine appropriate written, oral, and performance testing tools. Administrate the selection process.(Screening, Interviewing, Testing & Assessing).
§ Develop a pool of qualified interviewers from the line managers to facilitate the process flow.
§ Maintain Recruitment Database for all applied/interviewed candidates with their assessment.
§ Develop and Maintain Relationship with Recruitment agencies as business partners.
§ Responsible of the social and medical insurance of the employees.
§ Responsible of the bank's issues for the employees.
§ Plan and implement policies related to all activities of HR functions.
§ Present new policies to the Board of Directors.
§ Conduct job analysis and loyalty and satisfaction survey for all staff.
§ Fully responsible for recruitment (local and international).
§ Fully responsible for training including Training Needs Analysis and arranging training programs.
§ Contacted training agencies to identify their training schedule In charge of all recruitment activities for field workers and office employees.
§ Advertise for jobs, participate in employment fairs, interviewing (senior and junior levels), testing and hiring Conduct orientation session for new hires.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Experience (2 Years to 7 Years).
- Highly communication skills/stress management.
- Work Location : Jeddah - Makkah - Madinah .
