Description Understanding Industry dynamics & identifying market opportunities — Category and consumer behaviour understanding, triggers and barriers — Understanding of customer and consumer segmentation — Understanding the industry regulations and constraints — Understanding competitor offering and different segments and channels Building The Brand — Acquiring a strong understanding of the brand positioning and branding guidelines — Developing brand advertising campaigns across different channels — Contributing to the digital strategy — Support in identifying market gaps and opportunities — Support in insight mining and development Collections support — Develop and deliver product launch plans and support — Product concept and proposition development — Plan and Execute consumer promotions and activation — Evaluate and use different communication channels and tools to generate traffic to retail stores Brand activity plans — Building advertising and promotion plans for driving sales (ATL & BTL) — Developing advertising campaigns and designs to promote products and services — Executing and monitoring of activity plans and communication — Customizing material and activities for wholesale — Developing loyalty and retention programs Brand strategy — Contributing to and executing the brand strategy — Setting activity plans to deliver on the brand strategy Effective communication — Manage the daily relationship and interaction with agencies — Inspire the creative team on briefs and projects — Issue communication briefs and evaluate creative responses, designs and deliverables Marketing support spend — Plan the annual marketing spend — Monitor and manage spending — Ensure delivery of services and products
Qualifications University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing • A strong understanding of marketing concepts and execution • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and commonalities • Hands on experience in new consumer promotions and advertising development • Proficient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken) • Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, excel, power point and word • A minimum of 5 years marketing experience • FMCG, Fashion or Retail background preferred
