Description 1. Improve Productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, process, reporting and employed engagement. 2. Facilitate customer resolution for escalated technical complaints. 3. Report operational achievement and progress to the higher management on a regularly basis. 4. Reviews work of Technical support team 5. Work with other managers to ensure operational consistency. 6. Analyze the technical reports received from service centers. 7. Monitor service centers technical reports and implementation of car care program. 8. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures. 9. Prepare and Control the technical support division budget. 10. Assist in staff technical evaluation and hiring process.
Qualifications Education : Bsc. Mechanical Engineering or Higher. Experience: Min. 5 years. Computer : Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and email and Ability to use of computer databases
