Description     — Plan and manage the staffing work plan and special projects assigning responsibilities to the different team members — Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, cost per hire etc. and all human resources related key results areas (KRAs) — Plan and manage recruitment function ensuring fulfilling OMS staffing as required by the business plan — Manage the administration of direct compensation, developing techniques for compiling, preparing and presentation of information and data — Manage the administration of the staff benefits plans including retirement, medical, life insurance, as well as recognition and special rewards, maintaining OMS competitive advantage in the labor market — Manage the maintenance of human resources records and information system — Establish and develop relations with all external HR stakeholders such as recruitment agencies, employment fairs providers, benefits service providers etc — Manage the maintenance and updating of job descriptions for all OMS positions — Ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant — Lead the development of new processes and procedures — Implement tools and processes that will streamline the recruiting process — Develop and maintain referral reward system, promoting OMS referral system to team leaders and department managers — Participate to the review of OMS salary scale on a annual basis, managing market salary surveys and making recommendations accordingly — Review all staff salaries and make recommendation for promotions — Attend and participate in HR practice related conferences, seminars etc. to stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field
Qualifications    University degree in commerce / business administration •HR-related certification awarded by an accredited body of knowledge • 5 years of experience in the HR profession with specific focus on recruitment practice and management • 1 years of Recruitment / staffing managerial experience • Experience in service industry
