Description Receive, Review, Record and organize all the payable transactions with all the documents. —Prepare schedule and the cheque for the suppliers. —Follow up on the customer collection. —Responsible on the Cash safe in absence of the Cashier. —Work on the manual Arabic books needed for the tax inspectors which need to have recording on it on monthly and annually basis —Assist in the year end Fixed Assets physical count. —Support in any admin work related to the finance department. —Responsible on the archiving room for the finance department. —Assist in the monthly stock the Spare parts take for all the inventory stores. —Deliver Cheque & tax receipt to suppliers on weekly basis. —Assist in the auditor needs by the end of each year. —Assist in tax consultant team work review every month. —Work with his colleagues in any tax inspection.
