Description 1- Establishing effective supervision and control of the firms activities to ensure it complies with applicable laws and regulations. 2- Follow Up on all paper work and communication with EFSA (Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority) example: AML, and FATCA documentations to ensure it complies with applicable laws and regulations. 3- Review and approval of new client accounts - ensure that the know-your-client (KYC) information is completed and that the portfolio strategy is in accordance with the clients investment policy statement 4- Educating and training personnel about compliance procedures. Hold staff training programs to keep employees aware of changes to the firms operations and changes to securities legislation. 5- Follow up on clients portfolio strategies & assist portfolio manager with the documentation of all trading orders sent to the brokers.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in business Administration or commerce. Two years experience in a similar position.
