Description —Installing and configuring DC, DNS, DHCP, WSUS and Anti-virus servers —Review the Daily backup status and log, perform adjustment if necessary —Review Anti-virus Logs and the PCs status report, perform adjustment if necessary —Check server room UPSs Status and any other critical devices. —Check server room temperature regularly. —Check internet accessibility and bandwidth. —Check Event Viewer and log for each server. —Document any changes in the Active Directory, Backup Selections, File Sharing and User Security and other configurations. —Check and troubleshoot the Network Problems. —Review the firewall log and update blacklists if necessary. —Create weekly and monthly reports —Review WSUS server log —Rehabilitation of data center if needed —backing up and restoring data for servers —Creating user and group accounts —Monitoring server performance —Setup, manage and troubleshoot the IP phones issues —In addition to any assignment of types.
Qualifications •3 to 5 years of experience in a Microsoft support role preferred in a large enterprise. •Microsoft Certified MCITP is necessary. •Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) •Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is a preferred. •Strong experience in virtualization environment (VMware / MS Hyper-V). •Depth experience in Microsoft Active Directory and preferred Active Directory 2012 •Experience in management of Window based Network Infrastructure •(DNS, DHCP, WINS, VPN), Remote Access Servers, installation •configuration, and trouble shooting of Microsoft Server SQL server •Communication skills, interpersonal, and team work skills. -Well organized, hard worker with strong documentation skills. •Problem solving & customer service skills, Leadership skills.
