Description The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the customer service team ensuring exemplary customer service to AMIDEAST/Egypt clients who are requesting information, registering for an AMIDEAST service, or purchasing a product. The Manager will not only oversee a team of front line CS Agents but also ensure strategic cross selling of AMIDEAST services. S/He is responsible for department processes and image, and ensuring that all customer service staff are fully knowledgeable about the organizations programs and service while presenting a caring, solution-oriented attitude consistent with AMIDEAST values.
Qualifications •A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; •A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience directly involved in a multinational retail business, retail sales, customer service; •Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic language proficiency; •Demonstrated exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills •Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal & written •Ability to adapt to on-going change and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment •Ability to accept ownership and to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team and with other departments •Leadership skills •Skills in the areas of: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Staffing, Planning, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analyzing Information , Developing Standards, Help Desk Experience, •Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office products
