Description — Outline workflow processes to increase the efficiency of the marketing organization — Produce campaign analytics reports as required — Assists with the development, writing, and communication of Marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations. — Ensures that all locally-developed creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines. — Assists with writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects. — Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing and Communications team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate Marketing and Communications, and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts. — Assists branch offices with managing advertising initiatives and media plans. — Analyzes Marketing and competitive data and consolidates findings to support local and national Marketing strategy development. — Provides feedback and best practices to the Marketing support team on a consistent basis. — Demonstrated success supervising and maintaining Marketing plans, programs, and initiatives that are strategic assets to the business and all clients. — Execute the day to day delivery of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations etc. — Provide assistance to regional marketing managers to execute local email and direct marketing programs — Develop a lead nurturing program strategy and monitor ongoing campaigns — Collaborate with regional marketing teams to identify opportunities to develop lead nurture pathways — Implement the phased roll-out of the marketing automation tool into the global and regional marketing organizations — Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity
Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal and communication, presentation skills Excellent command of English language(speaking, reading and writing) Good Computer skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Being self-motivated and driven. Excellent ability in terms of meeting deadlines and targets. Excellent ability at handling pressure and working under stress.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or advertising or similar and relevant work experience. Certification proving being up-to-date with latest internet marketing techniques. Possession of excellent computer software and hardware operation skills. At least 2-3 years of experience in field.
