Description — Work on generating new sales, renewal for existing ones and upgrading customers packages — Educate customers on OSN different packages and advise them on the best package that meet their viewing needs — Follow up on potential customers for new sales acquisition and up-sell higher packages to existing customers — Ensure meeting individual target assigned by the line manager — Work on achieving set KPIs through the implementation of business rules and requirements — Fill in customer subscription contracts with the required information and pass it on to the concerned departments
Qualifications • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic • Excellent presentation skills. • Sales and service oriented • Team player with an extrovert personality • Flexible working hours -shift basis, during weekends and public holidays
