Description 1. Communication with SFD sectors and gender focal point team (GFT) to follow up tasks and plans related to gender mainstreaming . 2. Helping in introduce innovative activities for women economic/ social empowerment. 3. Help in Survey women associations, establishing cooperation and partnership relations with them . 4. Follow up statistics related to women on the regional/ sub-regional, national and international level . 5. Represent the gender unit in events, workshops..etc. 6. Assist in reports righting for gender unit. 7. Assists in gender capacity building activities. 8. Assists in Coordination between gender unit and donors, NGOs, and SFD partners.
Qualifications - A high degree of commitment to the socio-economic development of Egypt and women inclusion. - A post graduate degree in the social science or suitable field . - From 3 to 5 years progressively more responsible experience in the field of gender, social and / or economic development, including program or project implementation . - Demonstrated ability to team work and motivate others . - Good communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
