Description Your role is essential in growing Ideal Standard business in Africa as you open channels of communication and promote our total solution product lines to agents and distributors and follow up on sales orders and deliveries to achieve the export operating plan Job duties: 1.Plan and manage the business territory according to the agreed upon market development strategy 2.Investigate business opportunities in African countries through various channels of commercial relations, business reviews and Internet connections. 3.Establish business relations through frequent customer visits to companies agents, traders and distributors 4.Monitor the market and marketing activities in this industry 5.Present the new models to customers and present their unique features against competitors 6.Review customers needs in terms of models and quantities and take orders to communicate with the plant 7.Implement and follow-up marketing and sales development programs such as product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, merchandising and other marketing activities at the designated territory. 8. Develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions of the companys products with the objective, to maximize business growth, and customer and satisfaction. 9. Monitor and report on market status and provide relevant reports and information.
Qualifications -Strong background in sales and marketing, Professional training / post graduate degree is an asset -Experience/Exposure to African Markets is an advantage -Strong command of computer skills (MS Office Applications: Word - Excel - PowerPoint) -Report writing and presentation Skills -Open personality, sociable, high social intelligence -Solid communication and negotiation skills
