Description — Collect and analyse data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies. — Verify accuracy of figures, calculations and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Corrects errors or lists discrepancies for adjustment. — Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. — Reviews all financial claims for contractors in accordance with the contract conditions & prices. Reviews engineering consultant claims in accordance with the contract conditions. — Review all documents related to checks and expense notes to ensure that they are in accordance with the companys policies and procedures. — Examine sales invoices and entering its data on computer & comparing sales delivery notifications against company gate records. — Conduct the monthly, annual or random inventory level check (raw materials, warehouse, packaging material, fuel and lubricants, etc...) & examining monthly warehouses reports. — Review all payroll issues related to personnel (salaries, overtime, incentive, daily labor wages, bonuses, payroll amounts transferred to the bank ,social insurance & income tax deductions , etc).. — Review all purchase orders to ensure that the inventory level of the requested item is below minimum and verifying the authorization of the requesting department. — Data entry of cash and check payments & receivables on computer and following up on advancement payments. — Participate in the selling and loading of damaged and wasted goods. — Examine all kinds of gate reports & records. — Review and follow up on the departure of equipments to be fixed outside company premises. — Participate in monthly committees assigned to terminate meal coupons. — Examine temporary cash requests for garage, meals and vehicle licenses.
Qualifications • University degree in commerce / Accounting and equivalent work experience. • Approximately 3- 5 years of related experience in an audit or financial position. • Understanding of the accounting and financial controls. • High standards of ethics and integrity. • Detail-oriented. • Excellent judgment, tact, and critical thinking.
