Description Validate the monthly production plans achievement according to the production resources. —Set machines parameters for start up phase. —Facilitate the work environment by supplying the production lines with relevant materials. —Control the production & quality deviation to achieve and ensure the quality standards are met. —Follow up the production plans achievement. Ensure 5S and SHE policies and procedures are implemented appropriately. Plan and organize the daily production activities. —Forecast usage and raise requisition for production consumable. Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.—Set the production SOPs. —Check employees needs to ensure and facilitate smooth work. —Follow up the daily manpower attendance.
Qualifications Lean Manufacturing. •PMP knowledge. •Injection and blowing industries.
