Description     1. Answer telephone in an appropriate manner, screen and direct calls, provide information to callers, take and relay messages. 2. Meet and greet clients & visitors entering the office and direct them to their respective destinations. 3. Handle requests for booking meeting rooms and maintain needed documentation. 4. Deal with queries from the general public and from customers and direct them as appropriate. 5. Receive and sort mails and deliveries 6. Tidy up and maintain the reception area appropriately. 7. Responsible for maintaining the filing system for all confidential documents of the company. 8. Provide secretarial and administrative support (typing, filing, presentations, etc.) to GET staff. 9. Handle courier distribution and act as the primary contact person for courier companies. 10. Responsible for maintaining stationery stocks and providing to employees / visitors upon request. 11. Responsible for meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements 12. Provide assistance to the Executive Assistants as needed. 13. Charge consultants mobile phone. 14. Other duties as assigned by HC & Admin Supervisor
Qualifications    B.Sc. in any discipline. (1)-(3) years of relevant experience (preferable in the same industry)

Other Skills    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent telephone etiquette
