Description Configure and troubleshoot computer networks through install network card driver, configure it and troubleshoot any problems related to hardware software faults in order to ensure network connectivity. Provide users with network technical support through a series of help actions whether face to face or over the phone that provides solutions to problems, to avoid any network faults. Provide maintenance for computer peripherals, equipments, and other hardware devices through solving HW / SW problems, replacing obsolete component by new one, formatting hard disks when needed, repairing devices & driver installation in order to ensure up and running PCs. Provide network support to operational computer network through testing the network and troubleshoot any problems to ensure smooth running of computer systems. Upgrade hardware and software component, install driver and configure as well as upgrade software to ensure network access for all users Track problems through recording all technical problems and troubleshoot status per user and report to Management to review. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
Qualifications computer science or engineering Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) – Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) – From 1-3 years experience in technical support. Have strong skills in troubleshooting PC’s in network environment.
