Description 1. Collects and analyzes data to detect deficient controls, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. 2. Create & Review documents trails in all the Departments of the company. 5. Monitors and ensures proper file maintenance in accounting records and data processing systems. 6. Discuss audit findings with managers of areas evaluated. 7. Conducts follow-up reviews of financial compliance deficiencies noted during audits. 8. Inspects account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. 12. Participation, analyzes, and verifies annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning. 13. Inspects cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate. 14. Participation and file annual tax returns or participation financial information so that outside accountants can complete tax returns.
Qualifications B.Sc. Commerce, accounting section 5 - 7 years progressive experience in various financial areas preferred experience with ERP applications Following Skill List should be obtained: Excel /Word /Access database ERP application Communication skill
