Description To maintain and ensure availability and intended operation of float line electrical equipments and panel by implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans for all the float line areas. To conceptualize, engineer and execute projects identified to increase productivity, reliability, cost reduction, quality and HSE improvements. 1.Supervising the safety of personnel & machines with follow-up the execution of safety instructions & suggest the required recommendations to increase the safety in the working environment. 2.Operate, maintain, and improve electrical equipments, facilities, components, and systems. 3.Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical equipments to ensure conformance to design, equipment specifications and safety standards. 4.Compile data, write reports and maintain system regarding existing Loads, power factor, energy consumption. electrical panel, drives, motors , thyristors etc. 5.Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. 6.Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. 7.Acts proactively with his team to implement 5S requirements. 8.Review daily automation/electrical maintenance inspection reports & work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories. 9.Study all automation/electrical maintenance requests ,inspection reports,condition monitoring reports and prioritize them in order of importance. 10.Analysis of previous day activities so that action plans can be developed in order to solve, analyze and troubleshooting for any bended topics. 11.Provide technical input to the resolution of automation/electrical problems in generalshifts and regular shifts so that line down time is minimized. 12.Guide, monitor and train own team to build up technician skills and behaviors.
Qualifications 1.B.SC of engineering specialization in electrical power as well as a minimum of 8 years experience, preferable working in a similar industry, in the field of glass, cement, steel, ceramic, etc.. 2.Has a good experience with Medium Voltage 22KV. 3.Has a good experience Low voltage control panel. 4.Good experience with programming by Siemens S7, Siemens VSD control, soft starters, Thyristor modules and SCADA system. 5.DCS back ground “will be advantage”. 6.Good Computer literature. 7.Good Communication, Presentation and Team working skills.
