Description Direct and coordinate the activities of Fleet Operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources. 2) Direct and coordinate the activities of Staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Monitor and maintain the parts inventory. 3) Direct coordinate the activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, such as trucks and other equipment. 4) Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. 5) Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. 6) Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed Pricing, and tariff increases or schedule changes. 7) Monitor and maintain truck licensing and registrations. 8) Monitor and maintain the spare parts inventory. 9) Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer (internal or external) complaints. 10) Monitor & analyze spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets
Qualifications 1) 5+ years management experience required 2) Supply chain management preferred 3) Logistics and transport management preferred 4) Distribution, warehousing and storage operations preferred 5) Knowledge in the Sector he will be in charge 6) Experience in inventory/planning systems preferred 1) College Degree (min. Bachelor degree required) 2) Languages: In addition to Arabic, English in needed (fair/good commend in reading & writing) 3) Strong leadership and motivational ability 4) Planning & Forecasting skills 5) Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised 6) Strong communication skills 7) Good ability to use computers, excel spreadsheets, databases, and other… 8) Writing & reporting skills 9) Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly 10) Problem solver 11) Multi-tasking ability 12) Strong time management skills 13) Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate 14) Strong analytical skills
