Description — Prepare and communicate scheduled time frame for receiving D/As from agents. — Approving the invoices attached to D/As in accordance with relevant tariffs and TDR. — Approving, generating D/As and posting journals ‘SNDAS– (estimated/updated/actual). — Maintaining a close control and follow up any incomplete and/or delayed D/As records. — Keep frequent contact with agents and communicate updates on tariffs, forms, agreements. — Produce monthly reconciliation reports for all agents and prepare for offset payments. — Ensure the adequacy of expenses charged on ‘SNACS–. — Responding to any accounts discrepancies and following up with agents for clearance of same. — Approve suppliers invoices and records of purchase processes. — Approving the generation and posting of suppliers journals (SNAPS). — Ensure performing all A/P accounting journals using ‘SNAPS–. — Approve Payment Requests for due payments and delivery to Bank Accountant. — Produce a neat detailed A/P control reports in fixed intervals; reflecting ageing, balances and due payments. — Produce a daily projection of due payments to suppliers and communicate it to all concerned parties. — Ensure adequacy, completion of records and approvals. Monthly maintenance to related ledger accounts (A/P, Agents)
