Description The job holder drives the product-related downstream Marketing aspects for new Fashion Jewelry Collections, enabling successful product to market launch through an integrated marketing and operations approach. Drive product-related downstream Marketing activities for Retail Marketing, Branding & Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, ensuring seasonal Product/Collection strategies are implemented with excellence in all integrated campaigns and touch-points Ensure product sufficiency for global media campaigns and plan/manage product needs for specific media investments in key markets Lead the product-related aspects of New Collection Presentations to communicate seasonal strategies and Novelties launches to excite and guide Sales teams Analyze and understand business/product performance, formulate insights, identify gaps and potentials based on inputs from Business Analysts Collect feedback from Sales & Operations teams worldwide to understand performance trends Gain insights on the distribution and competitor landscapes of selected key markets, track distribution development of key and emerging competitors in respective regions Lead and Steer multi-functional teams across different locations and ensure effective communication
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in a relevant field with academic background - Minimum 10 Years of work experience
