Description      This position will lead an aggressive expansion throughout the MENA region via organic growth (improving the performance of the existing organization and opening new locations) and via acquisition of complementary businesses. The Regional GM will be a commercially-driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ability to drive business growth within the region and put in place supporting structures, is essential. Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organizations community profile — Ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients, Board and Funders — Provide the Board with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization — Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the organization and to identify changes in the community served by the organization
Qualifications    The ideal candidate is a leader who possess: - A strong background of leading large ICT organizations, with preference for a systems integrator or CPE provider. - Deep knowledge of managing and growing a business within the MENA region - Fluency in the Arabic and English languages - A proven track-record of driving aggressive business growth. - Be entrepreneurial and possess high integrity. - Possess strong leadership, personal skills and intelligence as they are needed to function as the CEO of the region. - The candidate must be able to travel
