Description —Interpretation and understanding of the tender documents and TOR. —Preparation of tender programs and method statements. —Preparation of site logistics solutions. —Tender adjudication and review. —Preparation of plant, labor, materials and all other resource programs. —Preparation of related procurement schedules. —Review and update programs. —Preparation of baseline schedule and detailed schedules using primavera. —Maintain, record and preserve all relevant reports and documentation. —To establish, maintain and operate a planning system in accordance with the planning procedures, providing a consistently high level of service —To effectively and professionally lead the planning function on multiple live tenders (commercial, residential, extra care, mixed use). —Working as part of production team, but with dual role as independent assessor of progress, giving confidence in project status to senior management —Ensuring compliance with all current Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements —Hands-on planning preparing, in conjunction with production team, optimum working programs to meet project objectives covering design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning, handover, client key dates as appropriate —Manage time and workload to ensure deadlines are met. Highlight any potential work overload to Line Manager as soon as it is apparent
Qualifications •Must have an engineering degree. •Previous experience in commercial projects. •Fluent spoken and written English is a must •Excellent knowledge in primavera •From 3 to 7 years of experience.
