Description Team leader conceptual design Architect has a high level of responsibility oversees a project from inception to completion. Candidates need to have demonstrated a capacity for creativity, excellent technical ability/knowledge, and strong communication & management skills, Main Responsibilities: Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Space Concepts Engineering Consultancy, works effectively in a diverse work environment. Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents. Performs design and construction management skills during the projects life cycle. Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects. Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. Strives to achieve the goals of the organization for diversity and disadvantaged business enterprises participation. Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required. Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems. Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.
Qualifications Minimum 10 : 12 years of experience. Proficiency in Auto-Cad is required. Leadership skills and can handle pressure.
