Description —Plays key role in PaCo network design reviews & implementation for related GPRS/3G new projects including related DN , propose idea to improve the current PaCo network design to proactively solve PaCo network operational problems. —With high quality, revise and approve implementation of complex technical solutions in coordination with vendor and concerned departments. —Provide & ensure proper integration, testing and operation of all services over PaCo(WEB, WAP ,MMS ,M2M ,CWS ,Blackberry , data roaming..) —Perform regular network modifications through work orders including PaCo ,security ,routing,access, monitoring,..etc —Packet Core&3G elements administration in switches including but not limited to (GGSN,AAA,DNSs,routers,switches, FWs,Load Balancers and other PaCo network devices that protect PaCO services such as M2M,CWS, WEB,WAP,MMS,Blackberry,data roaming —Install/ test/ maintain PaCo physical links(STM4s,STM1s, E3s,..)supporting services carried over PaCo(CWS , internet,Blackberry ‡)working with correspondent service providers(LDN&TEDATA, Orange&RIM).
Qualifications •At least 2 years of experience in PaCo&DN & in an operational environment)implementation and troubleshooting •JNCIP-Sec certificstion is a must and others CCNP/CCDP/CCSP/JNCIP/JNCIS/CCIE/JNCIE are preferred •Good Knowledge of PaCo network (GGSN,DNS,Routers,switches, AAA,FWs,MLSs managed by different vendors(cisco,juniper,NSN) •V.good background in networking and data services (WEB,WEP,MMS, Blackberry,roaming,CWS) -Knowledge about monitoring/alarming/fualt management systems(NETSCOUT,NNM, NETACT,TRAFFICA,OVPI…)enable to deal with&solve monitoring problems •Excellent in ISG & Junos SRX •Packet Core experience is preferred(experience in working on GGSN &SGSN & DNS & AAA or RADUIS platforms) • Ability to work in support(ON CALL) for all PaCo&routing& security •Acts as a IP security knowledge source of information for the PaCo Ops team
