Description Leads and directs all the subordinates from technicians and assistants Follow up and distribute the machines maintenance on the maintenance staff Assists in setting the periodical maintenance plans Analyse and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers Prepares the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager Prepares the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget Engenders a spirit of teamwork among members and encourages them to higher levels of performance through leadership and motivational initiatives. Prioritises and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area Acts as source of technical expertise, employing high-level analytical and investigative techniques, in order to troubleshoot major and complex problems. Monitors inventory levels to ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for planned activities. Assesses the performance and quality of spare parts and consumables and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications BSc. in mechanical power Engineering. 3-5 years of experience. very good command of English / computer skills. good management and team leadership skills
