Description —Receive walk in clients in showroom —Discuss the needs of client while directing him/her to the most suitable solutions we have weather in display or from the catalogue or the presentations —Prepare & send offers to clients and ensue their receipt —Prepare and send presentation of the offered items, if requested —Follow up on the offer to ensure it includes all requested items. In case there and are any comments from client —Make necessary revisions of offers together with various alternatives and price negotiation with Procurement when needed —Make the proper filing (soft & hard) of clients information and offers —Put on record of offers log/status sheet the reason of closed offers if known to the sales person —Issue POs upon receiving clients approval and down payment —POs should indicate the following (sold items with the code, description, finishes, ordered items or from stock, client full data, delivery address, payment conditions and methods ‘cash, check, visa–, approximate delivery date and receiving the remaining payment) —Deliver POs to procurement in order to proceed with the order —Follow receipt of order and arrange with clients installation schedule
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Fine Arts/Applied Arts/Architecture Engineering •Three to five years of experience in a same or a similar field •Very good user of Excel •Car owner
