Description Receipt of contract from Sales department. —Ensure offers are properly coordinated with plans —Follow up with Procurement and Accounting for issuance of orders to related suppliers —Review and confirm the suppliers preformed invoices —Follow up with the logistics regarding delivery time —Follow up with Operations the installation progress —Coordinate with Accounting and follow up with client on delivery and installation payments until final payment is received —Submit weekly report to Senior Technical Engineer regarding current project status clarifying the PO processing stage, site stage and installation progress and payments —Conduct professional coordination and follow up with all internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient project execution and full payment collection —Coordinate with Marketing for a photographer to take professional shot of project and upload on company website and add to library —Coordinate with client and Operations the site condition to receive the furniture —Coordinate with client and Operations the installations priorities —Manage and obtain client signature on the delivery note for the final furniture handover —Maintain professional relationship with all clients, ensuring problems and issues are immediately handled and successfully resolved —Prepare electrical outlets plans coordinated with furniture when necessary —Prepare different revisions if needed of offers until final approval is obtained —Prepare installation plans and the draft delivery notes —Coordinate and manage with client and Operations the delivery and downloading dates —Ensure that all delivered furniture is in an appropriate condition with no damages —Manage the damages report and follow up with procurement until necessary replacements are ordered/delivered and installed —Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of delivered and installed furniture —Keep proper and updated documentation (hard and soft copies) for reference
Qualifications *Graduate of Applied Arts/Fine Arts/Architecture Engineering *3-5 years of general architectural experience *1-2 years of experience in the same field is preferable

Other Skills *Very good knowledge of Excel is a must *Very good Knowledge of AutoCad is a must
