Description Work on product movement analysis from the warehouse and forecast for replenishment (reorders) —Manages the coordination of activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees. —Responsible for the evaluation of vendor reliability; manages the surveying of vendor maintain adequate working relationship. —Prepares budgets and develops and administers vendor selection processes and programs. —Develops policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities —Monitors the cost, schedule and performance aspects of major subcontracts. —Planning delivery timetables —Ensuring stores have enough stock —Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand —Overseeing the ordering and packaging process —Monitoring stock levels —Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination —Overseeing arrival of shipments
Qualifications Requires good skills in Change management, problem solving, communication, customer orientation, product technology, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, project management, team skills and quality. •Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level and across organizational lines. •Must be able to act and make critical decisions independently. •Strong negotiation skills. •Requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, GP
