Description - Responsible for efficiently managing Preventative and Reactive Maintenance and Repair for all company trucks (34 units); concrete truck mixers and truck-mounted concrete pumps. - Responsible for setting up and implementation of Preventative Maintenance Plan for all company trucks, with accurate documentation. - Responsible for troubleshooting defects and managing repair of all company trucks, with a focus on minimizing stoppage time. - Follow up inventory levels of spare parts and consumables and coordinate with Store Keeping Department. - Guide technically on best suppliers/workshops for needed spare parts. - Coordinate with Operations Department situation of fleet of trucks.
Qualifications -Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering -Demonstrated leadership skills. -Profound mechanical engineering knowledge with basic electric engineering knowledge. -Past experience in maintenance of trucks is a must. -Preferably experience in a read-mix concrete company or a logistics company. -Past experience and knowledge in hydraulic systems is a plus.
