Description Participate in ERP implementation projects from analyzing the business requirements to design required solution and configuring ERP system to meet the business needs Ensure effective usage of application portfolio Provide support and maintenance of ERP systems, mainly Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Respond to any IT Application incidents within a timely and efficient manor Provide technical support to Al Arafa users on all business applications used in the company and solve any issues/errors reported Ensures software integrity between objects on production environment and test environment Create and Maintain all business application documentation Perform test scenarios for implemented solutions Administration of the system; create users accounts, assign privileges, permissions and access control roles Perform ERP system backup and recovery including disaster recovery scenarios Compiling required data into reports for the respective user departments Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence Timely submission of reports
Qualifications Bachelor degree preferably in engineering or computer science Deep understanding of all or any of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules including Finance, Projects, Manufacturing, Trade and Logistics to the latest release Hands-on experience of designing, configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development tools and Microsoft SQL Reporting Tools Experience in Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting problems Very good command of English Customer focused with strong troubleshooting skills Customer management skills and communication skills Problem solving skills and process oriented
