Description o Demonstrate and share real-life examples/stories to engage the consumer with solutions that are relevant to their lifestyle. o Excite and surprise the consumer positively to exceed their expectations. o Provide concrete recommendations to consumers, firmly guiding consumer from need to purchase. o Upsell and improve windows phones average selling price. o Actively share Nokia solution knowledge and consumer insights for colleagues o Act as a role-model and guide less experienced colleagues in solution selling o Create a positive in-store experience, being a true Windows Phones Guide o Collect sell out and competitor information. o Monitor inventory levels and report key issues to managers. o Gain good knowledge of industry developments and market changes in order to maximize opportunities for additional revenue and ensure consumer satisfaction.
Qualifications Fresh Graduate ( Undergrads are welcome too) High Selling & Communication Skills , Customer Oriented , Ambitions and Target Oriented
