Manages a team of Sales Executives and reflects excellent leadership qualities Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Performs regular (daily) visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the companys revenue, market share and profitability. Builds relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations.
Qualifications • Strategic business development and consultative selling experience. • 5+ years of related outside sales experience, with a demonstrable book of business and strong shipper relationships in diversified industries • Experience with selling SCM and contract logistics solution • Good analytical skills combined with strategic acumen • Experience with managing and developing sales teams and sales pipelines • Knowledge of sea and air freight. • Bachelor degree in any discipline. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Energetic and able to work independently • Highly organized and detail-oriented
