Description Quality Performance Management Process: — Assure Quality Performance Management Process (QPMP) cycle is applied for non PCs users and 3rd party by receiving the signed forms. — To support HR lead in the implementation of peer Review Process (PRP). Staffing: — Implement recruitment processes to ensure appointing associates who can achieve the required results, and ensure associates have the level of competence to meet the standards necessary to do their job successfully. — Prepare for the newcomers on boarding program (Checklists & Invitations to concerned parties). — Handle role profiles for new comers as well as any organizational changes (Own & 3rd party). HR System: — Handle HR system documentation (changes, promotion..) and storage. — Assure that changes are reflected to HR system (follow-up with PU/SU Head to apply changes on Position management system). Reward & Recognition: — Assist in the preparation of R&R certificates and related doc. If any. Personnel Related Activities: — Track and report employees attendance, absenteeism and shortage. — Review and handle payroll transactions in compliance with Novartis regulations in regards to the Overtime Reports and Allowances (Transportation, meals ...etc.). — To promote an environment in which associates are motivated and remain committed
Qualifications University Degree Local language, professional English, other languages an asset. Previous adequate experience in Human Resources, working with teams
