Description . Responsible for all the administration team, security & bus matrons (salaries, attendance, vacations& permissions.) 2. Responsible for all private training. 3. Be familiar with emergency procedures. 4. Handling direct team complains. 5. Handling purchasing requirements for building supplies, office supplies. 6. Handling any admission complains. 7. Encourage creative ideas. 8. Handling all nursery events (birthdays, parties) 9. Regularly monitor and evaluate the quality of the service. 10. Offer support, advice, supervision and direction to the direct team and promote a strong sense of teamwork. 11. Responsible for the social affairs. 12. Update the Chairman / General Manager with any incident or anything during the day. 13. Managing the second interview process for the direct team & follow up on them during training. 14. Responsible for evaluation reports & recommended bonus. 15. Ensure that the administration office is adequately insured and all hygiene ,safety equipment is maintained and regularly serviced (incl. fire equipment, first aid resources) 16.Perform any other tasks requested from the manager.
Qualifications -Computer programs: Word, Excel, Outlook etc... - Able to work under pressure - Time management
