Description To scan the market (assigned territory) for identifying and developing HVAC clients. * To respond to client inquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate Miraco Carrier products which meets the clients technical requirements and offering a tailor made solution. * To prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, which is within the companys policies and guidelines and get necessary approvals from the Sales Manager. * To follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order on the company. * To process the order as per the nature of the job. When necessary co-ordinate with Sales Manager for initiating procurement of items/goods from Miraco Carrier factories/suppliers. * To follow up with suppliers to ensure that customer receives quality service with regard to delivery/job completion dates and the customer is satisfied. * To prepare the invoices on the customer as per the terms of the order and get the same approved by the Sales Manager prior to issuing it to the customer
Qualifications Engineering Degree - English - Computer - Mechanical Engineer
