Description — Preparing sales plans in coordination with the sales director. — Generate new business opportunities from potential clients as per the company strategic focus. — Offering and closing — For the awarded business, finalizing contracts with the most favourable terms to the company. — Invoicing accuracy within the 12 rolling month of any newly acquired account, as well as resolving any related disputes with the client — Maintaining and refreshing sales data through Sales force.com — Develop strong effective teams through mentoring and development programs and practices. — Ensure specific and measurable performance plans are established for all direct reports and support individual development needs. — Ensure consistency in process and business practice. — Review contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to — Build and develop relationships with current and potential clients — Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. — Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. — Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. — Provide sales staff with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures
Qualifications •Bachelors degree preferably in marketing, business or economics. •3+ years of experience in sales field with proven track record, min 2 years’ experience in sales management position.
