Description Duties & Responsibilities: Analyse financial statement for private equity funds. Develop and execute a marketing plan geared to selling IMC financial services to the industrial local community. Assess financial needs of individual enterprises, develop terms of reference and prepare proposals. Provide financial advice such as financial administration, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Assist IMC clients access credit, especially IMC financing schemes, through loan packaging, documentation, etc. Keep updated with respect to financial solutions for SMEs. Monitor service impact and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop good relationships with banks, financial institutions and other donor lending programs. Provide on job training for clients as well as IMC junior staff in the field of specialization. Prepare feasibility studies for IMC clients. Carry out other duties as assigned related to the position requirements.
Qualifications Required qualifications and skills: Degree in a related field such as Finance/Business Administration/Economics. Minimum 3 years experience in commercial credit as well as financial management in a business environment. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relations, and market financial services. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Computer literate. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written business English. Organized, motivated and capable of meeting deadlines.
