Description Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production lines. —Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of raw materials via carriers. —Obtaining necessary documentation for inbound shipments. —Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation. —Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting shipment dispatches. —Initiates overcharge / undercharge freight bill claims with carriers and tracks reconciliation of the same per regulatory standards. —Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize costs. —Evaluating performance of the forwarders. —Ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes , including planning the transportation route and payload , selecting the mode of transportation tendering the orders for transportation ,and tracking the shipment from pick up through receipt all the while targeting cost reduction , freight saving , service and contractual requirements. —Assembles load fragments into consolidate loads thus balancing freight saving, service and contractual requirements.
Qualifications 2+ years work experience in customs clearance, Logistic, Trading Import & Export. •BA. Of related discipline. •Excellent command of English language. •Excellent computer skills (MS Office Applications).

Other Skills Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. •Organized and able to priorities tasks. •Team player, Committed. •Able to work under pressure. •Self-motivated.
