Description — Validation, monitoring, inspection and monitoring of the stages of production and acceptance testing of the product standards in the factories. — Responsible for specific monitoring and follow-up stages of production needed to achieve the quality and meet customer requirements and procedures records. — Follow-up work on the final product and its presence in the stores intact and properly to maintain the products and continue to load export and reporting. — Determine the productivity problems which occur during labor and to clarify the causes and to develop necessary to solve the lack of redundancy plans — Search complaints observers of quality during the implementation of the action and strengthen the team. Ensure implementation of the periodic inspection of the final product stores programs and ensure compliance with the specifications week — implemented correctly and follow the correct procedures (HACCP, GMP) and the promotion of occupational safety and safe behavior. — Supervision of the quality control engineers — Ensure the quality of communication between all departments and the implementation of audits and analysis of any non-conforming and propose solutions, while ensuring monitoring of corrective actions
Qualifications -BSc. of sciences, Food Industry or engineering . - TQM ,Six Sigma ,Lean manufacturing ,GMP, 5-7 years of experience in FMCG ,food &beverages .
