Description Develop, maintain, and operate data backup. Install, operate and upgrade operating systems and Antivirus. Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backup. Maintain user accounts, e-mail systems, mobile mails for users, Internet access and VPN access. Manage DNS records Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipments. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall(fortigate), VPN, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with voice communications (PBX telephone - AVAYA), when possible. Responsible for machine backup ,Responsible for backup system (Symantec exec)
Qualifications B. S. In Engineering- Systems and computers science. CCNA,MCPS,MCSA,MCSE
