Description Admin work and driving project vehicle with the following requirements: The Admin Assistant and driver role is: to drive the Project vehicle under Egypt driving laws, the rules of the donor (USAID) and Land OLakes / Egypt. He must keep his vehicle in excellent condition, and secure the vehicle and property of the project MAIN DUTIES: o Do all Admin work for the project, including dealing with govermental authorities (Social Insurance & Tax Authorities) —Drive vehicles along Egypt Traffic Code, the rules of the donor (USAID), and the rules of Land OLakes-Egypt and following the supervisors instructions; — Keep the logbook - date, time, mileage, and destination for each journey — Ensure car safety; —Take initiative to keep the car (mechanical and cleanliness) in excellent condition.; —Follow Land OLakes Regulations, no night driving, permanent use of seat belts, no smoking in car and do not drive over speed. — Maintain possession in vehicle his identification (ID card, driving license). — Use the roadmap as the domestic proceedings. If an anomaly is detected, it must make mention of the roadmap and inform the Administrative Manager or Management. — The driver is responsible for the fuel level in the tank and must ensure consumption of the vehicle. — Be available for all travel and business trips short or long distances — Follow the internal regulations about the use of vehicles and Code of Conduct for Use of Vehicles. —Perform any other duties within the competence of the employee and entrusted to him by his supervisor>
Qualifications - University degree, High Institute, with V. Good English.. - Minimum 5 years’experience in similar position - Worked for Agriculture projects and/or International Organizations. - Very Good level of English, to be able to communicate easily with foreigners - Knowledge and experience to drive 4x4 vehicles in difficult conditions in rural areas; - Experience and knowledge of rural areas outsie Cairo; - Good mechanical knowledge to undertake basic repairs on site;
