Description 1.Participates in setting the outsourcing department objectives in line with the company business plan. 2.Supervises the execution of the outsourcing plans, focusing on total-delivered-cost to all goods ensuring their compliance of the set terms of the contractual agreements with agents. 3.Supervises the outsourcing process ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements with the best quality, price and timely delivery, while also ensuring the total compliance to the purchasing process. 4.Ensures the accuracy and consistency in keeping the outsourcing data and their availability when needed. 5.Ensures the settlement era of the outsourcing department with the Finance department. 6.Follows-up on the payment process for suppliers and with Finance department and ensures their timely payments as per the contract. 7.Locates vendors and manufacturers of materials, equipment or supplies, and contacts them to determine product availability and terms of sales. 8.Negotiates, renegotiates, and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. 9.Establishes and manages a process to measure and report suppliers reliability, in terms of quality, delivery time and flexibility in fulfilling irregular orders. Reviews and monitors the regularly update of the Preferred Suppliers List. 10.Conducts regular visits to the major suppliers to follow-up on their performance and to maintain a long-term and credible relationship with them. 11.Prepares and submits a monthly activity report to the purchasing & procurement Manager highlighting the progress of work in the outsourcing Section. 12.Reviews, evaluates, and approves specifications for issuing and awarding bids. 13.Follows up on implementing the ISO standards and regulation in the outsourcing cycles.
