Description Direct calls and respond to inquiries, and type correspondences, reports, and other documents. Receive all Purchase requests from different departments and distribute them to the responsible procurement officer based on the procurement internal policy. Assist in getting three quotations -when its needed- and make the comparison sheet for them to identify the chosen vendor and get the procurement director approval. Add meetings and appointments on the procurement agenda. Maintain confidential records& files, and help in filling and organizing the Purchase Orders based on the year of their issuing. Create data base for all tax cards and commercial registrations for all potential and already existed vendors, and update it on daily basis. Add the new vendors on the GP system to maintain the procurement data on the GP system. Record the daily attendance and leaves of the procurement staff and hand it at the end of each month to the Human Resource department. Create vendor list on all the required fields and update it on a daily basis, and update it on daily basis. Send all the documents needed to be signed to the specified departments to get approvals.
